I'm rating this a 3.5. I liked the premise and his writing, although it was slow at times, and I had begun to wonder if the different timelines would ever connect. I'm debating on whether to read the second of the series. Don't get me wrong, I love series - if they have something to say. It is a pet peeve of mine to draw out the story just to make it into a trilogy. I think this story would have better at .5-.75 the length.

I'm not sure how or if this affected my rating, but I started listening to this on audio (for 3 weeks!) and had to give it back to the library. So finished on kindle.
