Love on the Brain by Ali Hazelwood
5.0
“Vegan donuts are for vegans, you absolute walnut”
I can’t describe how much I LOVED this book Love On The Brain was an addictive, incredible and amazing read.
We follow Bee, a cute alternative neuroscientist that also runs an Anonymous Twitter that helps women in the STEM world with advice and shows that there is major disadvantages for women in STEM.
Bee’s career and life had been stalling for months. Being rejected for four grant applications, doing the same old experiments everyday and eating WAY to many Lean Cuisines.. Thankfully things are about to change.
Bee gets an amazing opportunity to run a NASA project called BLINK, little did she know she would be co-running it with her old grad school nemesis Levi.
Levi is honestly the best love interest. He’s a sexy 6.4” with icy green eyes, black wavy hair and a gorgeously sculpted face and apparently he smells like the forest…*swoon*
He’s been in love with Bee for years but has never been able to communicate that.
But Bee and Levi have other problems then trying to confess feelings. Someone is sabotaging their work from the inside and they need to find out who before Bee loses her place on the project…
Every interaction Bee and Levi have is so cute and adorable, I loved seeing there chemistry together, how they start teasing each other, every part of this book was entertaining to read and I couldn’t put it down.
