This book felt like a typical romance book, with enemies turned lovers trope and several, uncommon but fatal diseases. I appreciated the characters and the issues they faced, I didn't love the writing style and I didn't like the characters. It was definitely a page turner and kept my attention, and it was enjoyable to read.
