The Knight and the Moth is an introduction to a haunting new world where magic allows mortals to play at being gods while the old gods play with the mortal’s lives.
Rachel Gillig crafted another beautiful fairytale world where the girl doesn’t need a knight to ride in to save the day because she is her own hero. Her FMC’s balance being tough and self reliant with enough vulnerability to make them relatable and exactly who I want to be when I grow up.
PROS:
🗡️World and character building
🦋 The Plot
🗡️ The Execution
🦋 All of it
CONS:
🗡️ No complaints
🦋 I have to wait for the conclusion to this duology.
🦋🦋🦋🦋🦋 out of five prophetic visions with bad portents
