Okay, this series is getting GOOD. I’m loving all the world-building Naomi’s doing. There were so many new things we discovered about the Nagas in this book!
Shelby and Vagan were a bit of a mixed bag for me, but I definitely enjoyed their relationship. I liked their first interactions and how their relationship built on it. I didn’t like how Shelby lacked conviction when it came to what she wanted from both men.
I’m curious to see where Naomi takes the series from here. I liked how she left the story open-ended, and it’ll be interesting to see if we finally start exploring the universe outside of earth too.
