The book has me hooked I’m ngl but there were just so many big reveals that just were brushed over. And look I’m all for supporting women’s wrongs and obsessive men but what exactly was Dante obsessed with? (And vice versa) Just like the 2nd book I just couldn’t see the chemistry.
Also the “slave” part (what she said not the scene) was insanely bold like come one she’s black he’s white why even add that. Ik it wasn’t meant that way but like read the room Sophie.
I did like this book though
