I love this book! I gave it 5 stars because of many reasons. One of them is the message the author tries to say; women don't need to be pretty to be able to achieve things. And not all women are pretty, but all of them are beautiful. Even if you've been a coward for most of your life.
I really liked Isabelle as a character, I could relate to her because I always doubt myself even though I've done many achievable things. I also loved Felix, not sure why, I just did :3
My most favourite part of the book was on page 459 when Isabelle is trying to get Volkmar closer to her, then Isabelle states "I don't cut off toes anymore...", she proceeds to slice of Volkmar's head, and then, the best line in the book; "I cut off heads."
The only thing I didn't really like was the prologue and the epilogue. They were confusing, and I think they didn't need to be added. But otherwise, everything was perfect!

I recommend this book to people who like the movie Cinderella, and anyone who needs to be reminded that they are beautiful whether or not they are pretty :)
(By the way, I think they should definitely be a movie adaptation to this book!)
