Four Weekends and a Funeral by Ellie Palmer
3.75
emotional funny hopeful lighthearted medium-paced
Plot or Character Driven: Character
Strong character development: Yes
Loveable characters: Yes
Diverse cast of characters: No
Flaws of characters a main focus: Complicated

Vibes- COZY! I love Adam and Allison. There is no miscommunication trope! Yes! They are adorable and the premise is fun. There is one tiny spice scene. So mostly good kisses and tension. Each character has their own journey and their own growth. They mirror each other and it comes together with an adorable grand gesture I predicted, but still loved.
Brb. I’m going to read everything else Ellie Palmer ever wrote.
Summary-
Allison’s recent Ex Sam has died and his family doesn’t know. She is guilted into helping with packing his apartment with his grumpy best friend Adam. Adam and Allison both struggle with their growing attraction to each other.
