Say Her Name by Francisco Goldman

2.0

I loved Goldman's painful and beautiful New Yorker article "The Wave," and I wish I had stopped there. After a while, this felt like an excuse to write not just about his talented wife Aura Estrada (whom he writes about like a manic pixie dream girl) but about all the women half his age he was able to bed after her death. It's almost like he fetishized his ability to attract such a young, vibrant woman.
