izarravarela 's review for:
In One Person
by John Irving
Ughh . . . I couldn't do it. I made it about halfway through before putting this one down. I never could recover from a general malaise about the narrator and his family, just as I couldn't shake the heavy knowledge that John Irving officially peaked with Owen Meany. There will be some who adore this book, assuredly; but, alas, it's just not my thing.
