Excellent second half. The first half is very info-dumpy and can be overwhelming. I still don't know who's squires or who's scions. But I very much knew and loved the more focal characters. Couldn't put it down after we got to ~60% mark and pace sped up after that. Made me cry more than once and I wasn't expecting it.
