I loved it though. I cried. My heart burst with joy and the support and acceptance. I just finished so my thoughts aren't fully formed but man that was sweet, sincere, beautiful, painful, heartbreaking and heart-putting-back-together.
I need 15 year old me to read this and then read it out loud to my cousin who isn't here now for me to read it to.
You know how some authors do the thing where a side couple gets a sequel and the main couple gets moved to background? I want that with this book. I need to know where Cesar and Jamal go from here. Do they get back together? Do they move on (and then get back together)? I just need answers and don't have time to write the fanfiction! Doña Reyes, por favor??? 🥺🥺🥺
