Hunt on Dark Waters by Katee Robert

Did not finish book. Stopped at 31%.

I need my romance to be paced in a very specific way, and I think that way is "slow burn," but also none of the slow burn stories I've read really do the trick for me. Basically I want the first kiss/love scene to happen on the last page or last chapter. After they officially get together, I am bored of this couple and want to read something else. I used to think my problem was the heat level, but I don't think that's it. I need a much, MUCH slower burn.
