Feel the Fear and Do It Anyway by Susan Jeffers

4.0

This book has such transformative truths & tools in it. Often it was like a kick to the pants, but in the most loving way possible, because it was in a way that encouraged I could change what was wrong. I took pages of notes & am implementing what I learned, already seeing less anxiety & more confidence. Highly recommend.

Depending on your religious affiliation, sometimes there will be truths where the author does not mention God by name, but it's easy to find him in the concepts and see that they are still completely sound.

Minor note: the last two chapters are pretty out there and I definitely only skimmed them, because they were the author's personal theories instead of the powerful truths & tools that permeate the rest of the book.
