CRINGE. The writing style isn't for me. It's so repetitive with a lot of unecessary swears.
Also, can we talk about the plot!?!? It doesn't make any sense. Jane meets Jerry, her old friend, years later and he just SHAKES HIS HEAD and moves on without saying anything? He does remembers what she looks like because of the picture at Billy's. Surely he remembers her tattoos too.
And the end? We don't even get Jane's parents reaction? That was part of the reason why I kept reading - I wanted to know how it ends one way or another. Guess I'll never know.
I should have DNF. Finally moving onto another book.
