Do not cross this ghost. Very creepy story. There are two separate stories that ever so gradually come together, one is the ghost story, and the other is a missing boy, a suspicious suicide and bizarre vandalism. The isolated Icelandic setting is especially effective to keep the living literally in the dark and at the mercy of themselves as much as of "something else." A good ghost story without horror and gore is pretty hard to find, but here it is.
