Ink by Alice Broadway
4.0

Leora, our heroine, lives in a world where secrets are frowned upon. Your life is tattooed on your body. The others are the blanks. Another people who the inked are raised to be terrified of.
Part fairy tale, part dystopian warning: I liked the premise a lot. I enjoy YA fiction and dystopian fiction so it is important to note my bias.
This would be a great read for teens. A little gory, a little adventurous, and easy to follow with a skipping plot line with not too much complex depth. The "love story" was pretty rushed but no qualms otherwise.
I kind of want to read the next one so that's always a good sign!
