For Poor Unfortunate Soul, I think it can be better. Again, Ursula was born with tentacle instead of fin like her brother. Because of the different appearance, her brother purposely lost her during child because he did not like her and refused to share the power with her. She was raised by adopted human father and growing up with human appearance. She felt something is missing in her life. One day she discovered her original form and the villagers try to kill her. Her adopted father died protecting her. Since that she grew hate towards human and his brother. She try to trick her niece which is Ariel to get back to her brother. Her power and hatred leads her to her end.
