It's a good book as a sports romance that plays out a lot like a romantic comedy. I enjoyed it enough to snort at a few moments, and I liked it better than the first book, but not by much.
It helped that I kept imagining the book playing out in my head like a yaoi manga. It's not one I could take too seriously. It was just, very cheesy, and while I'm sure cheesy is great for someone, for me, it's just okay.
