I really enjoyed how this book taught the reader what CF is and how a typical day with it would entail, I also liked seeing how Amelie coped with her illness as I feel most disabled people are portrayed in the media as wallowing in their self pity.
But what I absolutely hated about Amelie was the fact that she seemed quite cocky and immature when it came to people showing concern and kindness towards her, I do sympathise with her being ill and wanting some normality {I have congenital heart disease} but there’s no respect from that girl when it comes to her medical stuff, especially when she’s in a baking mindset!
