I like Koontz, I like the premise and I love the old school single color covers. It’s got a TON of sexual violence in it and it just kinda sucks to read. Besides that, it never really lets up and is a good thriller. It’s just so mean and grim. Still a fan but I don’t think this one is super for me. Probably closer to a 5/10 but I’m rounding up because for all I didn’t like about it, I still read it in a day and couldn’t really put it down.
