It took me a while to understand the book as a lot of it is written so you have absolutely no idea what is going on but trust it and it will be revealed who people are and what is going on in each chapter.
I loved the world building in this book, the beginning is somewhat action packed but the last half of the book hardly anything happens of action and instead it seems like it’s a lot of revelations and set up for the next book. That’s not to say I didn’t enjoy it but the such vast difference in pace from beginning to end made it so I couldn’t quite give it 5 stars.
It’s definitely not the end of the series and I can’t wait to see what happens next.
