Daisy Wells and Hazel Wong are Deepdean School for Girls very own secret Detective agency.  With nothing to investigate for a long time, Hazel discovers the body of Miss Bell, yet when she returns with Daisy the body is gone!  The game is afoot for our young amateur detectives!

This is the first in the Murder Most Unladylike series and it didn’t disappoint.  A nice, lighthearted murder mystery featuring two dynamic characters, Hazel being my favourite of the two.  With a few quirky lines along the way you cannot help but find this book amusing despite being a murder mystery.  This is a perfect book for young readers to get into the murder mystery genre as there is nothing too gruesome or offensive.  A great introduction to the series and I’m looking forward to reading the rest!
