Are You My Mother? by P.D. Eastman

4.0

I read this electronically to test it out, and I definitely would suggest the physical book instead. Regardless, this is always a fun read!

For: young readers wanting to listen to a book or read it themselves.

Possible red flags: feelings of abandonment.

My original review is below.

***

Our protagonist just wants to find his mother and he looks all over for her, including some strange places. Eastman provides lots of repetition and familiar word choices to encourage young readers to interact with the story in front of them.
