I read this because I am gearing up to rewatch The Boy and the Heron.
This is a solid little book that could inspire us all. But it's also not so much a book as a collection of essays that are connected by a general story arc. At 32 years, it kinda makes me want to do better.
I suppose I need to scrutinize The Boy and the Heron more on the impending rewatch, with th recognition that this book inspired it.
