Lease on Love offers some great banter and supportive friends that are chosen family. Sadie and Jack have tension and chemistry that slowly builds overtime. I will say this book features a lot of negative self-talk, particularly from Sadie
who is constantly calling herself an asshole and selfish
. I felt like this detracted from the book and wish she had experienced growth and development in that area sooner. Overall, this book is an enjoyable read and I would recommend it!
