I was looking forward to cross’s story, and while I wished it was something more, it was still a sweet story. I think it felt a little too easy for cross to figure things out. Like, yeah in the beginning of the story, he was in a bad place, but as soon as he accepted Alex’s help, things got much better very quickly. I also felt like cross maybe wasn’t that interesting? Or maybe neither were that interesting? I feel like even their “scenes” didn’t have a lot of chemistry. I’m not sure. It didn’t grab be as much as the first two did
