This is written so well with so much detail. At no point does this story feel like it’s dragging and the tension build up kept me tearing through the pages. I mean, some of these chapters had me so anxious it was like watching a scary movie between your fingers because you’re THAT afraid to completely look.

This book also gave me slight X-File vibes (not the alien stuff, obviously, but the other government experiments the show is known for) which I absolutely loved. The monster in this book is terrifying!

I’m expecting some great things from Alo going forward. He writes extremely well and really has a knack for story telling.
