King Me by Lucy Lennox
4.0
This was another book in the series Forever Wilde and one I really enjoyed. Partly because it didn't have some of the problems I had with the last books in the series, but it also had a premise which I really enjoyed.
In King Me, Falcon is an FBI agent trying to catch Le Chaton, a notorious art thief but when an important crown goes missing, he has to work with that art thief. King gets involved for reasons of his own and then sparks fly.
There were White Collar vibes with this book and I loved it. Falcon and King don't really trust each other but they slowly built up their relationship over the course of the book and it was delightful to see the two of them learn to trust each other. There were many secrets between Falcon and King but, to Lennox's credit, the confrontation didn't happen in a way I expected.
The plot and the relationship worked well together, no one really held the Idiot Ball too much and I enjoyed how everything was tied up in the end. Not to mention there wasn't highly awkward conversations where the Wilde family discusses each other's sex lives in great detail so I was much happier with this book than the last one.
4.5 stars!
