Phew... I am glad that I decided to give volume 2 a try. I ended up liking this volume more than I liked volume 1! I felt like the underlying story continued to develop, but at the same time, the story at surface level was also more enjoyable. I am enjoying Amy's relationship with her new friends on Earth and her blossoming friendship with Oliver. I am looking forward to seeing what volume 3 has in store! I hope Amy will eventually contact Jemmah because I'm eager to see how their relationship will change.
