Prophecy of the Sisters by Michelle Zink

2.0

Despite its intriguing premise, I was rather bored with this book. There was a lot, a ton of talking. If I'm not fully engaged in a story right off the bat, I'm not going to want to sit through a lot of talking about a prophecy with such a depth of historical roots. Not that it had much 'depth', generally speaking. It was strange.

Hearing them talking about this prophecy near constantly... and when they didn't talk, Lia was thinking about it... unhooked me really quick. I lost interest. The explanations began to feel like studying that I did not want to do.
