Falling Off The Cliff by Kanitha P.

4.25

Formula One romances have been thriving lately and this one did not disappoint! It was both action and fluff-packed. I really enjoyed the characters’ banter (him calling her a brat and her calling him an arseh*le was so hilarious) and I really liked how that didn’t stop after they actually got together.

I also really liked Kamari’s character development. She was really sharp around the edges and hiding the softest person on the inside and it was so good and cute to watch Thiago peel off those layers one by one. I also really liked how Kamari made Thiago love his sport even more (even though she didn’t know anything about F1 - also watching her learn for him? Heart = melted).

One of the things I didn’t really like was how rushed the ending felt. I feel like the last five to seven chapters rushed everything and a lot of things were happening at once that I couldn’t enjoy the ending as much as I wanted because I was trying to figure out what was happening. We went from them being happy to Kamari being mad at him for something we hadn’t seen and didn’t know of. It was a bit confusing.

Overall, it was a very good fake dating romance that I definitely recommend to all F1 fans!

Thank you to the author for the opportunity to read an eARC of this book!
