An Optimist's Guide to Heartbreak
by Jennifer Hartmann
I'm speechless. Literally speechless.
Talk about heart wrenching. This book will pull on every single heartstring. EVERY. SINGLE. HEARTSTRING. None of them are safe.
I do love a good grumpy/sunshine, but let's be honest... A lot of times the stories are a bit dramatized with events or actions that really won't/don't happen IRL. AOGTHB really felt like reading the journal of your best friend. It feels so real and relatable.
AOGTHB ends with an emotional cliffy, so make sure you have APGTL on deck.
