I read this book in April of 2022.
I’m a big fan of Briar Prescott’s Better With You series.
Book Four, “The Inconvenient Love,” features a best friend’s little brother, age gap romance between Max and Isac.
Max is 12 years older than Isac and doesn’t see him in that way until Isac returns to Boston, after being in San Francisco for the last six years. Isac has had a crush on Max since he was a teenager, but forces himself to stay away after a kiss with disastrous results.
Once the two reunite, it’s a story full of humor, heat, and heart. Prescott rounds out the cast with familiar characters previously highlighted in other books in the series. If you are a fan of found family and friends to lovers, you should definitely check this out!
