Do Nothing: How to Break Away from Overworking, Overdoing, and Underliving by Celeste Headlee

3.0

As somebody already generally aware of the effects of modern capitalism and digital technology on our health and well-being, this book did not present anything new or groundbreaking. That said, if you are not familiar with those topics, this is a good, quick crash course with actionable steps you can take to become aware of your habits.

Two takeaways that I am applying to my own life: conducting a “time audit” to be more mindful of how I spend my time, and scheduling designated “leisure time” to relax and…do nothing.
