I'm sad to say I struggled with this book, if I wasn't reading it for a read along I would have DNF.
The first three chapters are a mess, different fonts. Odd page layouts. Exerts from an old book.
There were numerous spelling errors, incorrect words used and some words ommited.
At 2 points the incorrect age is mentioned of a character. And a characters grandfather changes to father and back again in the same paragraph.
I was just waiting to get to the end tbh.
I won't be reading the follow-up.
