This book is packed with action. With 2 different groups after Kenneth, and Kenneth not able to defend himself, it's up to Nige and eventually Mac, to keep him safe. The guardians are relentless and will stop at nothing to keep their secret safe.
I loved this book, even though I didn't think I would. The beginning is a little slow, but once it picked up it was hard to put it down. Now that it is over I can't wait to read book 2.
