Meet Me in the Bathroom: Rebirth and Rock and Roll in New York City 2001-2011 by Lizzy Goodman

Really in depth and informative. The information she gets out of these artists is so wide spanning and personal that it makes you feel like you were there for all this music. Also funny to go from The Strokes who did so much alcohol and drugs in the early 2000’s to Ezra from Vampire Weekend almost a decade later saying “you know I consider coffee a drug”
