Fat for fuel is a science-based book on mitochondria and essentially describes the Ketogenic diet. It's all about low-carb and high good fats. There are some good insights in the way we eat food, how we intake fats, boost our brains, and gain energy, as it says in the title. I figure you eat horrible food, you feel sluggish. If you eat highly nutritious foods, you have more energy.

Foods are turned into energy for the brain and you focus better. I've just recently started Keto so it was good to see the science behind what my doctors have been saying. However, I'm not one to stick completely to a "diet." It's more of the mentality and keeping to lifestyle. Good read.
