I did enjoy this book but it wasn't a very satisfying read. This is basically because:
a) There's the supposed mystery of who Adamma is in love with and I think the author was trying to make us guess who it was as they were only referred to as 'him' etc. I knew straight away who it was so it wasn't exactly that mysterious.
b) The ending just didn't work for me. It didn't tie up loose ends and that's true of the whole novel. I just didn't feel like it was the end.
But it's written in quite an engaging way though and like I said, I did enjoy it despite its faults.
