AHHH!! I think Folk of the Air might officially be vying for top spot as my favourite fantasy series! Although I was slightly hesitant going into The Stolen Heir (new protagonists in old worlds scare me... I wouldn't have been able to handle if this had made me dislike Jude & Cardan the way ACOSF made me dislike Feyre & Rhys), I *adored* escaping back into the world of Elfhame again and Wren's voice was spectacular. I should have been prepared for that signature Holly Black twist at the end but the way I GASPED when I turned that final page... how can I possibly wait another year for book #2?
