Ostrov Fulakona by Eric Lambert, Vladimír Vařecha

5.0

Excellently portrays the behaviour of three completely different parties in World War 2: A doctor on a mission to a leprosy-infested island, a Japanese officer that came to turn the island into a naval resupply station, and Australian spies that have to keep tabs on the Japanese. The book is pleasantly short, fast-paced and gripping.
