Inked in Lies by Giana Darling
5.0
This series goes from strength to strength. The characters are amazing and the romance is beautifully written.
Lila inspired me. Inked in lies made me believe that even when you think love is out of the question, people can surprises you.
Lila had a passion and deeply cared about her family. She was willing too enter a dangerous situation to protect her found family. The people who cared for her. Her optimism and brightness was intoxicating. I love her so much. I also have a strange feeling that Lila has a deeper connection to the villain of the series.
Nova may be a fallen tattooed biker but he is also human, with real emotions. The way that masculinity is explored through his character is amazing. We need more books that do this. That openly talk about male emotions and show men being emotional and vulnerable.
This book is full of angst and mystery. I was so invested in the book. Giana’s writing is always able to capture my attention from the get go. I wouldn’t be opposed to another book from their POV. ‘Wink Wink ‘
