Ok, first kindle read of the year...

I got my hands on this book for free sometime in 2016, I think, and it's been hanging out on my kindle since. It is on my 18 ebooks to read in 2018-list, and as it's rather short, I thought it a good enough idea to start the year with it.

It was an OK and fast enough read, I guess.
Other than that, I don't know if there is anything positive to say about it - for me.
This is a romance story, the first in a series, and it uses all the cliches in the world. I mean it, everything. If that isn't enough it stole some of its most important scenes from well known fiction.
I won't say which, but it was impossible to miss them.

The story is rough, and not that catching, really, as you can see where it's going from the third chapter.

While the writing was OK, it wasn't that great. It had some mistakes a program like Grammarly or an editor would have picked up, and used way to many words to describe something simple.

So, while it was a fast and easy enough read to start the year with, I won't be picking up the rest of this series, or anything else from the authors, for that matter.
Their style and stories just weren't for me.
