informative reflective medium-paced

This book was interesting and definitely gave some good pointers of things to do to help autistic people but it wasn't exactly what I was expecting. It was very much focused on the authors specific experience (which like I said was interesting) but I felt it lacked a bit when trying to inform about neurodivergence and feels like it could have been researched a bit more as the author doesn't seem clear in part of the book. I think this is because there is a lot of pondering from the author rather than delivering information. Based on the title/blurb, I was expecting a more informative book rather than being reflective/contemplative.
