Who knew that the sizzling back and forth these two engaged in throughout the season was hiding the fact that Landry and Kenji have been hooking up for years?!

Kenji is so determined to keep Landry at arms length, refusing to see him as anything other than a eff-boi who doesn’t care about anything even after there is tons of evidence around him that proves that assumption incorrect. I was less shocked about their secret hooking up and much more shocked about Landry hiding the fact he’s a British aristocrat. The revelation of that in the blurb surprised and excited me to see how it would play out. The pining and the desire for more broke my heart each and every time Landry was shut down. He has the biggest heart and it was painful to see him hurting.

As usual, Lucy Lennox writes a low angst, steamy story with lots of heart. This entire series has been so much fun and I’m sad to see it come to an end. This book (and the first one) have been my absolute faves of the series but the entire series was excellent and the perfect escape from it all. I’ve already read it twice. I loved it so much.

I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book.
