When I first started this, I thought that maybe it was going to be one of those YA books that just was out of my age range, but boy was I wrong! It does get a bit slow in places for my liking, but if you stick with it, it's totally worth it! The discussions of regulating your emotions and processing grief and generation trauma were fantastic, and I really recommend it!
