I cried so 5 stars, ok? I don’t make the rules (ok I do but still). The end of The Bribe had my jaw dropped, so I loved getting to see how we got to that point! Hux and Everly had wild chemistry but they definitely needed each other. I am FERAL for a fake relationship, so fake marriage?? Hell yes. There’s just something about how Devney Perry writes that scratches my brain nicely. 

While there is a mystery/suspense aspect in this, it was definitely less serious than other books of hers. Also there were lots of swear words in this which I LOVED. So sassy. Can’t wait to continue the series!
