I understand the point is that Sandra is frustrated in her stunted research but this book really picks up it’s last chapter, and then the introduced themes start to feel a bit too little, incorporated a little too late.

I may also not be the right generation audience for the writing of the main protagonist because it all just felt so ‘I’m not like other girls’. Oh well.
