The 4 stars are for the plot and for the gay. I read this in about 3 days I couldn’t put it down. It’s not impossible to guess where the twists are going to be but I still felt shocked every time. Writing it from the dual perspective was a really good idea and helped bring up the tension and also reinforce a lot of world building and story telling in a very interesting way.
The actual writing was easy to digest and made for a quick read. I may have to read it again some day and actually pay attention to the language and more intricacies of the plot since I raced through it to find out what happens.
Definitely give this a read!
